A progressive learning approach: from the basics... to the general
The first and second courses focus on the basics of business management and administration; you will become familiar with the language of business and learn about decision-making tools. You will also be taught about the general competitive environment of the business world and the most significant economic variables.
From the second year on, once you have mastered the basics, you will discover how organisations function and the peculiarities of the various departments (finance, marketing, human resources, accounting, etc) from an integral perspective.
In the third year, your overall view of business management will allow you to design strategy and analyse and question various business models. During this course and with the help of your tutor you will develop your final project, which will be firmly embedded in the real economy and the market environment.
In your final fourth year, you will start to implement all the knowledge acquired during the previous courses by completing a work experience. If you want to expand your horizons you will have the chance to study abroad. Moreover, you can select your own itinerary by choosing one of the four itineraries that will allow you to specialise in various areas of the company.
