JOSÉ FERNANDO DÍAZ MARTÍN holds a BA in Computer Science and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Deusto. He is currently Professor at the University of Deusto, where he teaches at the Bilbao campus.JOSÉ FERNANDO DÍAZ MARTÍN teaches BA courses on Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering, Industrial Management Engineering, Industrial Technology Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Telecomunication Technology Engineering. Specifically, he teaches the following subjects: Algebra, Discrete Mathematics, Calculus I, Calculus II and Differential Equations.His publications mainly focus on combinatorial optimization applied to production and logistics. During the past few years he has carried out research on optimization algorithms for solving production scheduling and distribution problems.JOSÉ FERNANDO DÍAZ MARTÍN is part of the Industrial Management and Logistics research team.Other research interests include artificial neural networks and data mining.
