Student Residence Hall- Applications

New students

The application process has two stages:

Supporting documents

  • Pdf form: You must complete the form by hand and send it to Deusto Hall by post.
  • Guidelines and Rules: They establish the Hall’s guidelines and aims, which must be understood and accepted by all hall residents.
  • Supporting documents include the corresponding academic certificates, a passport-sized photograph and a photocopy of your ID card.

Personal interview

Applicants will be invited to a personal interview with one of the Hall’s assistant managers to further discuss their application. Interviews usually take place in May and June.

Places will be offered and confirmed in the shortest time possible. The granting of a place will be notified by post, including the necessary instructions to enter the centre.

Here are the forms to apply for accommodation in the Deusto Residence Hall for the academic year.

Supporting documents

  • Application form: You must print it and complete it by hand.
  • Academic certificate of marks for 3rd ESO, 4th ESO and 1st Baccalaureate.
  • Any other certificates you may want to include.
  • Passport-sized photograph
  • A photocopy of your ID card or passport.

Once you have completed the application forms and attached the supporting documents, you can send them by post or submit them in person.

The submitted supporting documents will not be returned.

The omission or distortion of data provided will result in the automatic exclusion from the process.

Individual residents or groups

Deusto Hall of Residence offers its services and facilities to individual residents or groups.

Those interested must send the application form to Deusto Residence Hall so that we can contact them later.
