Qualifications
- Official EHEA Master's degree, having earned credits in Law
- A foreign degree which has not been recognised, equivalent to an official Spanish Master's Degree and valid for the entry to PhD programmes in the issuing country.
Requirements
- Have earned 60 credits in pure Law subjects of the total 300 ECTS credits, of which legal proof must be provided.
- Outstanding academic record in Law subjects related to Business and Corporate Law.
Additional courses
- When applicable, the additional courses required (30 hours of methodology seminars) will be determined for each case. This decision will be based on the PhD student's previous research training. Applicants will be notified upon admission to the programme.

- Bachelor’s or degree in Legal or Social Sciences, an official Master's degree from an EHEA member state. The degree programme curriculum must be clearly oriented to Business or Corporate Law and fulfil the requirements shown below:

Specific requirements
- Proven research ability as shown through research projects conducted during the Master’s degree programme (official Spanish diploma) or specific research credits earned in undergraduate or postgraduate studies.
- ECTS credits earned in legal research methodology or legal research in compliance with programmes completed prior to the enactment of Decree 99/2011.
- Sufficient knowledge of English for legal research and academic communication.
