Objectives
Legal research in this field aims to fulfil specific expectations of equity and justice in conflict resolution, and foster general welfare through regulations, which stakeholders legitimately expect of economic, financial and corporative regulation.
In this broad sphere of Law (economy and business) knowledge is becoming increasingly complex and specialised. Research therefore requires a mastery of certain skills and techniques, which is the objective of this programme.
