We are proud to present our next Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow within the framework of the 6i Dirs project, Nour Eddin Tabbakha.
Originally from Syria, Nour joined the project from Malaysia where he had been working previously as a #MachineLearning Engineer. He obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Electronics majoring in Computer Engineering and a Master of Engineering Science majoring in Machine
Learning from Mulimedia Univeristy in Malaysia in 2017 and 2020 respectively.
At the University of Deusto he had been pursuing a PhD degree with the Faculty of Engineering under the supervision of Alfonso Bahillo Martínez. His research project, which aimed at utilizing engineering skills in the medical field was further supported by Juan Jesús García Dominguez from the GEINTRA UAH research group of the University of Alcalá.
After a year of actively participating in the 6i Dirs project activities, Nour decided to end his fellowship due to an attractive job offer. It is with regret that we inform you about his leaving, but we wish him a rich experience in his new role.
