Aims

The Master’s degree in Social Inclusion and Disability equips professionals from different disciplines to carry out coordinated multidisciplinary intervention with disabled young people and adults to encourage their social inclusion.

The programme focuses on equipping students with the key concepts, methodologies and tools needed to address the numerous practical issues involved in adequately caring for persons with disabilities in different scopes of social intervention.

Based on these considerations, students who complete this Master’s degree programme acquire a solid background in the different disciplines related to social inclusion for persons with disabilities through academic activities, internships in public or private centres, associations, etc. that work with the disabled and by working on projects, research and specialist areas.

The competences that are taught in this course are required for:

  • Intervention, coordination and multidisciplinary tasks in the field of disabilities.
  • Design, planning, management, implementation and evaluation of interventions in the professional scope in both public and private organisations, associations, etc. and NGOs.
