International Business

The Programme

Methodology

All modules combine classes taught by the expert academic staff with a variety of other teaching methods:

  • Methodology of case resolution
  • Use of audiovisual resources to support the presentation of theoretical concepts
  • Classroom visits from management and business experts
  • Class discussions
  • Individual or group supervision and monitoring of work via actual or on-line tutorial sessions.

Students are subjected to continuous assessment. This is complemented by a global control at the end of each module that permits teachers to evaluate the contribution which each student has made to various group assignments.

In this way, students are stimulated to excel and take maximum advantage of their time studying the MIB.

Laptop: Not allowed in class (except prior explicit indication by the teachers for some sessions).
Devices: Not allowed in class (cell phones, texting blogging, Twitter, Facebook, Google, etc...).

Said AL Badi

"Studying at the University of Deusto gives your career a real boost. Our lecturers motivate you to study and learn new things without being boring at all. It was a very interesting experience because we learnt something new every day. I also enjoyed meeting classmates from different countries in such a friendly atmosphere and finding out about their culture and interests. The social activities were excellent during my stay in San Sebastian, a really beautiful city."
