Master’s Final Thesis

The Master’s Thesis describes, analyses and assesses the practice of all or part of the human resources management in an organisation, and makes a detailed analysis of possible improvements that can be applied to one or various specific aspects of this management area in a specific company.

The Master’s thesis is developed through the following activities:

1. Planning: Defining the specific skills to be developed in the thesis and establishing the thesis timetable
2. Development: During this phase of the thesis, participants will be supported by individual and group tutorials which will monitor the design and evolution of the theses.
3. Preparation and presentation of the final thesis: The thesis terminates with the presentation of the final report.
4. Oral Defence of the Master’s Thesis: Presentation of the thesis, demonstration of its content, and defence of its conclusions. Particular reference should be made to the skills developed during the production of the thesis.
