Objectives

  • Develop a systemic view of HR management that integrates all the areas of an organisation. To this end, the programme teaches the key factors for business management and a general understanding of how companies and institutions function.
  • Learn the skills to design, implement and evaluate human resources’ policies from a strategic and integrated perspective, and to select and apply the most appropriate tools for each situation;
  • Become familiar with the legal environment affecting labour relations;
  • Become competent to organise and plan, take decisions individually and in a team, lead processes of change, work together and reconcile interests, negotiate and solve problems, and manage diversity;
  • Facilitate the growth of their team; for this, it is important to be familiar with and appreciate the value of coaching as a tool for employees’ development.
