The Master’s is characterised by a practical approach that affords the participants a realistic view of the world of business and an excellent preparation for exercising management responsibilities.

Teamwork is essential in the Master’s. Participants work in groups containing great variety in terms of the origin, nationality, education and personal characteristics of its members.

Included among the teaching methods are:

  • Case studies illustrating real business situations. These situations are first analysed individually, then by the working group, and finally discussed in class.
  • Interaction in simulation model, in which each working group acts as the management team of a company in competition with others.
  • Contact with managers and entrepreneurs through seminars, conferences and symposiums, as well as company visits.
  • Active participation in sessions as a means to enhance the acquisition of knowledge and the development of communication skills.
