Admission requirements
In addition to the entry requirements laid out by the current legislation described in section 4.2 “Entry requirements and admission criteria” of the verification report, the following supporting documents are required for admission to the master’s degree:
•Certification of a B2 level of English or equivalent.
•A positive candidate’s assessment (> 50%) from an Admission Committee.
The following criteria will be considered for the assessment of applications:
•Grade point average of academic transcript (25%)
•Undergraduate studies related to the master’s degree field: Computer Engineering (50%)
•Professional experience related to Computer Engineering (15%)
•C1 level of English or equivalent (10%)
To make a positive assessment, the Committee’s will use two procedures:
•Assessment of supporting documents provided:
oApplication for admission
oAcademic transcript
oCurriculum Vitae (and language certificates, if required)
•Candidates may also be invited to a personal interview to assess their suitability for the degree.
In the case of students with special educational needs, the Admission Committee will consider the conclusions of report from the Curriculum Adaptation Unit and the Social Work Service at the University to ensure the same opportunities for access and the acquisition of key competences in order to be awarded the degree.
