In case you  want to orientate your program towards Transnational Law and the legal problems related to International Trade, you will obtain the LLM in “Transnational Law & Trade” Degree (60 ECTS); or Public International Law to obtain the LLM in “Public International Law” Degree (60 ECTS).

If you desire a more interdisciplinary approach, you can match courses from both focuses depending on your background, future specialization or the attraction of one or other subject. This self-combined Degree is the LLM in International Legal Studies.

  • Transparency, Public Accountability & International Tax Law
  • Migration, Asylum and Refugee Law
  • Law and Diversity in a Global Context
  • Transitional Justice & International Criminal Law

 

International Legal Sudies

  • LLM Program (60 ECTS): 10 courses chosen by student among those offered in both LLM (Dissertation is always compulsory)
  • Advanced Program (30 ECTS): 5 courses chosen by student among those offered in second semester of both LLM
