Course description

he Expert Diploma in Social and Labour Auditing and Compliance consists of 30 credits and it is fully taught in Spanish. The focus of Deusto’s innovative own degree programme is on the change in career opportunities for those who complete their undergraduate degrees in Law, Labour Relations, Human Resources and Economics and Business Administration. This specialist training course will allow to improve the internal functioning of companies through internal auditing and compliance so that in a continuous improvement process, in addition to acting preemptively to avoid unwanted sanctions, a more efficient and adequate labour relations and human resources policy and an optimum working environment can be achieved.

The course content includes areas of high intrinsic value and social appreciation such as the protocols for the detection and prevention of gender violence at the workplace; the different types and means of preventing and solving generated conflicts; compliance with gender equality; corporate social responsibility; labour security and health; criminal compliance with ISO-UNE 19.600 standard, codes of conduct and protocols; implementation of a control and regulatory compliance protocol, criminal liability of legal persons, etc. In this way, the study of the above subject areas will allow graduates both to assimilate and be aware of the necessary willingness, awareness and attention in this regard, and to manage the social environment in the company through prevention and action protocols to address the detected situations and give them an adequate solution using and implementing the techniques and protocols studied during the course.
