Course syllabus

Aims

  • Train practitioners, management and university graduates to conduct comprehensive social and labour audits in companies, that is, taking into account all aspects related to this subject area.
  • Prepare participants to provide subsequent adequate advice and consistent consultancy services to customer companies and entities.
  • Introduction to legal compliance in the business labour area.
  • Prevent fraudulent situations in businesses, and contribute to making labour relations and human relations policies be as effective as possible and optimising the working environment.
  • Enable professionals to verify compliance with the social and labour regulations and specific corporate clauses by companies in public tenders.

Generic competences

  • Analytical thinking (Distinguish and separate the parts of a whole to arrive at its principles or elements). Analytical thinking is thinking in detail, accurately, enumerating and distinguishing).

Level 3, Identify the gaps in information and establish relations with elements that are external to the situation raised.

  • Problem-solving (Identifying, analysing and defining the significant elements constituting a problem in order to solve it effectively and with good criteria).

  • Conduct a social and labour audit in a company and provide advice on regulatory compliance on social and labour-related matters.
  • Apply ethical values and moral sensitivity when conducting a social and labour audit and advising on regulatory compliance in this regard.
