The EMA is suitable for students who have completed undergraduate degrees in fields related to human rights. Examples include Law, Social Sciences or Humanities. It is a plus if candidates have experience in human rights in intergovernmental, governmental or non governmental organisations.
A good academic record and high personal motivation are musts to work in the human rights field. Fluency in English is required as this is the language of instruction for this degree programme. Students are also advised to have a good knowledge of French as some sessions are taught in this language.
