Application and enrolment deadlines

The deadline for submitting applications for the Master in Human Rights and Democratisation for the year 2019 / 2020 is closed.

Applications may only be submitted on-line via the EIUC-European Interuniversity Center, which is the coordinator of the 41 member universities of the network whose offices are located in Valencia.

There are two admission periods. Any vacant places remaining after the first will be assigned in the second period.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

No paper applications are accepted, the process must be completed on-line  EIUC web page The University of Deusto does not accept applications for this programme.

 

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Applicants are required to submit the following documents :

  • Passport:
  • A copy of the university diploma
  • A copy of the transcripts from the university.
  • Language certificates
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • 2 letters of reference.

Useful information

  • Candidates are recommended to have completed university studies related to the field of human rights. Examples include Law, Social Sciences or the Humanities.
  • Further studies and practical experience in the field of human rights in intergovernmental, governmental or non-governmental organisations will be highly valued. A good academic record and high personal motivation are musts to work in the human rights field.
  • English and French are the languages of instruction for this programme. Fluent English is required. A good working knowledge of French is also required to ensure comprehension of class activities and texts.
  • The application period for the EMA programme will be open from December. The closing deadline is usually in March. Applications must be submitted directly to the EIUC webpage.
  • Tuition fee: 4,900 euros.(approximate). An additional administration fee of 150 euros is also required.
