Aims

This official Master’s degree pursues objectives that equip students to competently practise Business Law.
The programme prepares them to:

  • Identify and apply regulations, legal doctrine and case law to any situation concerning businesses in their various commercial, labour, procedural aspects, etc.
  • Detect and interpret the different economic and legal aspects in any situation which affects businesses and how they are related.
  • Understand and interpret basic legal documents related to how a business is developing, with special emphasis on procedural actions.
  • Apply accounting techniques for financial statement analysis, and other management tools as well as the body of law which regulates these affairs.
  • Adapt the professional ethics of the legal profession to each individual case.
  • Produce documents, opinions and basic research projects individually or with a group. Learn to present them in public and defend one’s own arguments or points of view.
