When should I apply to the University of Deusto if I want to enrol in an undergraduate programme for the 2012-2013 academic year?
You can apply from 10 January to 25 May 2012. If you wish to apply to an undergraduate programme which has an admissions exam, the deadline for application is 18 May 2012.
If the programme has an admissions exam, you can apply:
At the Bilbao Campus:
- 1st call for applications (3 March)from 10 January to 22 February 2012
- 2nd call for applications (23 May):from 23 February to 18 May 2012
- At the San Sebastian Campus:
- 1st call for applications (2 March)from 10 January to 22 February 2012
- 2nd call for applications (28 April):from 23 February to 20 April 2012
- 3rd call for applications (25 May):from 23 April to 18 May 2012
If the programme does not have an admissions exam:
-From 10 January to 25 May 2012
Where should I submit my application?
Applications should be submitted at the General Secretariat, at either the Bilbao and San Sebastian campus.You can apply to a maximum of 3 undergraduate programmes at each campus, indicating your first, second and third choices.
If you wish to apply to an undergraduate degree programme at each campus, you should hand in two separate applications, one for each campus. In this case, it is not necessary to submit the supporting documents twice. Hand them in with one of the applications and indicate that you have done so on the other.
Application forms can be collected for the programmes offered in Bilbao and San Sebastian at the University of Deusto from 10 January. And if you prefer you can download aplication forms:

For students with a LOE baccalaurate (secondary school qualifications):
- A photocopy of your ID card or passport.
- Your marks from the 4th year of the ESO (year prior to last two of the baccalaureate)
- Your marks from the 1st and 2nd years of the baccalaurate up to the time of application.
If you are not completing baccalaureate qualifications, check the application form for the necessary supporting documents.

- Assessment of the entire group of applicants
- The number of free places in the programme
- Results of the admissions exam (for those programmes which require an admissions exam)
How do I know if I have been admitted and what should I do then?
1. All candidates will receive a written response to their applications. You can also check your admission status at check admission status.
2. If you have been admitted to the programme of your choice, you will receive a letter of admission with information concerning obligatory confirmation of acceptance and the steps you should follow.
3. Once you have received the letter of admission, which is compulsory to complete enrolment, you can enrol on the dates indicated.
